Nvidia CEO促美國調整AI晶片出口限制
Nvidia（納斯達克代號：NVDA，德國法蘭克福交易所代號：NVD）行政總裁黃仁勳近日公開呼籲特朗普政府，應該調整現行美國AI晶片出口政策，指現行規則限制了美國科技企業在全球的競爭力。
黃仁勳在華盛頓接受傳媒訪問時表示：「我們需要加速推動美國AI技術在全球的擴散。政府的政策和支持，必須配合這個目標。」
目前，特朗普政府正檢討拜登時期推出的「人工智能擴散框架」法規。該規定根據不同國家分級，決定它們能否獲得美國先進AI晶片。據悉，現屆政府正考慮取消這種分級制度，改以全球統一的許可機制取代。
黃仁勳補充：「我不確定新一輪的擴散政策會如何，但無論結果如何，都必須認清，自上次頒布相關政策以來，世界已經發生了根本性變化。」
他同時警告，中國以及華為等企業正急速拉近與美國在AI晶片研發上的差距。他直言：「中國並沒有落後。中國是否領先？他們就在我們身後，距離非常非常接近。」
消息公佈後，Nvidia股價周三午後下跌1.3%，報約108美元，全年累跌近兩成。
